1. Visit Val-David

2 p.m.
A guided walk through the charming village of Val-David, led by Jean Beaudin, is open to all interested parties. Those familiar with the area are invited to accompany their loved ones visiting from abroad to show them the village.
2. Arrival of guests
3 p.m.
Welcome guests at the ceremony venue. Please arrive on time so we can begin your special day in a relaxed atmosphere. We recommend waiting until after the ceremony to enjoy any alcoholic beverages.
3. Wedding ceremony
4 p.m.
Vows will be exchanged in an enchanting setting, followed by an outdoor cocktail reception to celebrate this unique moment together. Sparkling wine will be served at the end of the ceremony so we can all celebrate together.
4. Meals
6 p.m.
A cocktail reception and convivial meal will be served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. All accompanied by fine wines carefully selected for the occasion.
Our story
At the beginning of the summer of 2016, Fan and William hadn't yet met, but they both shared a common dream: to pack their bags, travel the world, and seek adventure in life. From Taiwan in the west, from Montreal in the east, these two souls were quietly moving toward each other.
In August 2016, their stories began to intertwine at a bustling hostel called the Black Swan in Seville, Spain. During a month of volunteer service, they forged deep friendships with travelers from around the world, and the warm culture and rich food of southern Spain melted the distance between Fan and William, who are introverts.
Over time, pub crawls in Seville became a regular feature at the Black Swan. Every night, whether Friday or Saturday, became an excuse to go out for drinks until late. As the weeks went by, a friendship gradually developed between Fan and William. Seville is a fascinating city, from tapas restaurants to tourist attractions, such as a visit to the Alcázar fortress palace, which served as a filming location for the popular TV series Game of Thrones (and where William fell in love with Fan).
At the end of their stay in Andalusia, the friendship between the two travelers gradually blossomed into something deeper. However, they each planned the next leg of their journey, which would take them in different directions. Fan headed for the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain, while William went to work in a vineyard in the south of France. But both had their hearts set on exploring Southeast Asia, and so they were destined to cross paths again, this time in Bangkok. Two weeks of wandering in northern Thailand, combined with Fan's invitation to explore Taiwan, were enough to spark a deep love between them that endures to this day.

Useful information
Parking
It is possible to park on site or in the surrounding streets (Chemin de la Rivière, Rue de la Sapinière, Rue Arthur-Frenette) or in the parking lot near the cycle path in the heart of the village.
Bar
A bar will be available for you to order your favorite drinks. Wine and sparkling wine will be complimentary for all guests following the ceremony, while beers and cocktails will be at your own expense.
Dog
Dogs on leashes are welcome on the grounds, as long as they do not cause a disturbance or excessive noise. However, they are not allowed inside the restaurant.
